Temple Schedule

Join us daily for kirtan, ārati, and the study of Śrīla Prabhupāda’s teachings. All are welcome.

All are welcome. No prior experience necessary — just come with an open heart. Please dress modestly and remove shoes before entering the temple room.

Morning Programme

4:30 AM

Maṅgala Ārati

The first offering of the day — lamps, incense and flowers offered to the Deities with kirtan and prayer. The most auspicious time to take darśana.

5:00 AM

Tulasī Ārati

Worship and circumambulation of the sacred Tulasī plant, accompanied by the Tulasī Kīrtana.

5:15 – 7:15 AM

Japa Meditation

Congregational and individual chanting of the Hare Kṛṣṇa mahā-mantra on japa beads. Visitors are welcome to sit, chant, and take darśana during this time.

7:15 AM

Darśana / Śṛṅgāra Ārati

The Deities are dressed in Their morning attire and presented for darśana — flowers, lamps and kirtan greet Them.

7:30 AM

Guru Pūjā

Offerings and prayers to Śrīla Prabhupāda, the Founder-Ācārya of ISKCON, with the Guru Vandanā.

8:00 – 9:00 AM

Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam Class

Daily class on the timeless wisdom of the Bhāgavata Purāṇa. Open to newcomers and regular students alike.

Evening Programme

Temple Reopens

The temple doors open again for the evening programme.

4:30 PM

Dhūpa (Utthāpana) Ārati

The Deities are awakened from Their afternoon rest — incense and lamps are offered as They are greeted once more.

6:30 PM

Sandhyā Ārati (Gaura Ārati)

The beloved evening ārati — the most attended programme of the day. Joyful kirtan with instruments, lamps, conch and flower offerings to Śrī Śrī Rādhā Raseśvara.

8:00 PM

Śayana Ārati

The final offering of the day — the Deities are prepared for Their night’s rest with lamps and prayers.

8:30 – 8:45 PM

Temple Closes for the Day

The temple closes for the evening. We look forward to welcoming you again at 4:30 AM for Maṅgala Ārati.

Midday Programme

12:00 PM

Rāja Bhoga Ārati

The grand midday offering — the royal meal is presented to the Deities with kirtan and lamps.

Good to Know

Sunday programmes usually take place in the morning at both the Jagannatha Gauranga Temple and the Radha Raseshvara Temple. Check with local devotees for the exact format each week.

Holiday programmes differ from the regular daily schedule. Updated schedules for festivals and holidays are announced in advance — follow our social channels or ask a devotee at the temple.

Ekādaśī days (twice monthly) involve fasting from grains and beans, with special morning and evening programmes. Check the Calendar for upcoming dates.

🐄 Gośāla: The Radha Raseshvara Temple has a gośāla with cows. Fresh milk is available for purchase from the kiosk on the temple grounds. Donations for cow feed are gratefully accepted — ask a devotee for details.
